Just heard that England's first international at the new Wembley stadium will be a friendly against Brazil. Delighted with that news - 2 of football's premier nations playing it out at what will be probably the best football stadium in the world. I do have one worry though - England play Estonia in a Euro qualifier five days later. England are not playing great football at the moment, and with all the flair and skill Brazil have, there is potential for embarrassment in the first game back at Wembley. If they beat us by, maybe 3 goals, our confidence will be down for a very important match we need to win.
Obviously there's the flip side of the coin - if we beat them our confidence going into the Estonia match will be sky high. But on our current form I can't see that happening. Still, it'll be great to see the likes of Ronaldinho and Kaka playing against the likes of Gerrard and Rooney in the first match at this brilliant new stadium.
