...and all educated about the awesomeness of Lou Marson:
I believe the Chris Coste saga in Philly is over. His average has diminished over the past three seasons, and his lack of defense leaves no point for him to remain on the roster. However, fans who believe he's the best thing since Vince Papali strongly disagree, even though Lou has proven he's Major League-ready.
So when Ruiz gets healthy, who should the Phillies keep on the roster: Coste or Marson?

I'm a big fan of Marson. It's obvious that he will eventually be our starting catcher somewhere in the next few years. However, when Ruiz gets back, the job will still be his. Coste has struggled, that's for sure, but they should keep him on the roster over Lou. The reason for this is because at AAA, Marson will get consistent at-bats. If he stays in the bigs, he'll start probably only every 4th or so day. It' not good for a young player to only be seeing roughly 6 ABs a week. The most important thing for him is to see pitches both batting and behind the plate. I'll take Marson over Coste any day, but for Lou's career, he should stay in AAA for now. That said, I expect Marson to be the backup catcher on the Phils come post-all star break.

I agree with Rage. I am also a fan of him. I was told he had a terrible arm, but after picking off that one guy (I forget who) in that one game, I think that that might not be the case. Chris Coste seems like he's getting too old anymore.
