This is a very tough list, there are many teams without a sure #1 guy. The list is based on their success as players in the NFL, skills, potential, and role in the offense.
1. Randy Moss- New Engalnd Patriots
2. Reggie Wayne- Indianapolis Colts
3. Terrell Owens- Dallas Cowboys
4. T.J. Houshmenzadeh- Cincinatti Bengals
5. Steve Smith- Carolina Panthers
6. Braylon Edwards- Cleveland Browns
7. Andre Johnson- Houston Texans
8. Larry Fitzgerald- Arizona Cardinals
9. Torry Holt- St. Louis Rams
10. Marques Colston- New Orleans Saints
11. Roy Williams- Detriot Lions
12. Plaxico Burress- New York Giants
13. Brandon Marshall- Denver Broncos
14. Chris Chambers- San Diego Chargers
15. Donald Driver- Green Bay Packers
16. Joey Galloway- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
17. Lee Evans- Buffalo Bills
18. Bobby Engram- Seattle Seahawks

I like this list; however I have to disagree with some of the later listings.
Reggie Brown isn't the best receiver on his own team let alone in the league's Top 32.
Same goes for Michael Jenkins.
Marty Booker? 1 TD and less than 600 receiviing yards last year.
David Givens? Didn't even play last year and somehow makes it.
I think three real noticeable abesences are Anquan Boldin, Greg Jennings, Wes Welker, and Santonio Holmes.

Basicly, what I was going for is ranking every NFL teams starting wide reciever. There are multiple #2 and even #3 recivers that are much better than some of these guys on the list.

My apoligies I misinterpreted what you were going for. In that case, it looks pretty good.
I might bump Hines Ward up a bit. He's getting up there in age, but he's still really productive and extremely underrated with what he brings to a team from a blocking standpoint.

Aye, I know Chad Johnson is MIA for this season, but he'd make the list!

Santana is still better than Coles.

Coles is a great player, but with the guy who throwing to him as bad as he is....... (just kidding, nyi)
Overall I don't think he's being used to his best potential in the Jets offense.

Roy Williams is a top five guy in my opinion. I honestly think Steve Smith has been overrated for years.
Dwayne Bowe will crack the Top 15 of this list next season.

Santana is still better than Coles. I love Santana as much as anyone else, still have his #83 Jets jersey, but I would not take back that trade if given the chance. I just find Moss a bit on the softer side, or, at least a less physical guy. Where Coles is better than Moss comes in catching passes in traffic while taking a hit.
