These rankings are based on every teams projected starter, or guy who will get most of the carries' the talent, potential, previous success, and importance to the offense. These rankings do not reflect the strength of a teams rushing offense, but rather their starting runningbacks.

I like the list...I would only make a few noticeable changes:
I think Adrian Peterson should definately be higher than Steven Jackson. Pending what he does this season, I think next year's rankings will have him in the top-2.
I would also stick Larry Johnson and Ronnie Brown in the top-10. I wouldn't say they're the best, but without a doubt better than 13 and 15.
Carnell Williams 28? Injuries hurt him, yeah, but I don't know. I think he diserves to be higher.

I think guys like Gore and Grant are a little lower than they should be.
Gore may have had a slight down year last year but probably still better than Henry.
I might put Addai over McGahee, and I agree with MxT's comments about AP.

I think a few guys have been overvalued here. For one, I can't see putting rookies ahead of established players until at least after the preseason. Other guys who are a bit high imo: Lewis, Jacobs, Stewart, Turner, Henry.

I agree with NYI that Jacobs and Stewart are ranked higher than they should be. I also think Larry Johnson is a bit underrated. I know he struggled last year, but I would still consider him a top 10 back.

Larry Johnson, Frank Gore, and Willie Parker are all guys I think should be on there over Fred Taylor.
Gore had an off year, but who wouldn't playing in that offense? He started playing mcuh better the last few games and if you're going to put Adrian Peterson at #4 for one season's work, then I think Gore should receive the same critera.
I also agree that the rookies shouldn't be ranked ahead of guys like Rudi Johnson or Ryan Grant.
And I disagree with MX about the Jackson-Peterson order.
Whereas Peterson had one great year, Jackson has had a couple of great years already. Both have had injury troubles and I believe that you can't put Peterson ahead of Jackson without another season of complete dominance.
