well this is the golf board, so why not talk about miniature golf?Does anyone like it? I like it. its pretty fun playing with those funky stuff inside the course, and it is really easy. I like going to the shore, and play some golf on the boardwalk. Thats fun.
Does anyone else like mini Golf??

I haven't played in a while. I hate a lot of obstacles, because it just gets frustrating. Ocean City Maryland has some amazing golf courses all over. I'm not a fan of boardwalk golf though.

I love Mini Golf, OC, Maryland is the Mini Gold Headquarters (and the Candy Kitchen headquarters). I usually beat most people I play. I can't stand it when there is a line though. It gets so annoying having to wait for people.

Since this topic was brought back up, I've now moved on from mini-golf ( ) and have gotten addicted to chip n putt. Basically, it's 30-60 yard holes where you chip the ball from the tee to the green...then putt. Pretty simple, and it's really easy to pick up.

I've gone chip n putting a couple of times. But I think golfing on actual courses is so much funner, so I just do that instead.

Yeah, ya see, my golf experience is a semester in gym class, so I can't really drive well. But I'm great at chipping. That's my entire game. And I'm at the point where I can two putt.
What do you shoot on real courses?

What do you shoot on real courses? Not well, usually in the fifties. - But That's on the 12 hole course I play most of the time. I'm not that good at all, but everytime I go I get better. I tried to make my schools golf team this year, but thay said that I should try and get lessons and hope for next year. Instead I'll be doing Marching Band, which is nice, but I'd rather be golfing.

It's a start though. If you really want to golf, take lessons like they said. You're going to be a freshman or sophomore, I'm guessing? You have plenty of time to make the team. Then again, music programs are fun. (I'm in the orchestra and I play tennis )

I think FF03 meant that it's easier to both learn and play than traditional golf
